Villa Praia is a stunning 4-bedroom villa located in São Rafael, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. With beach bars and restaurants nearby, and proximity to Albufeira centre, this modern property offers spectacular ocean views.

The property accommodates up to 8 + 2 people and includes free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in bedrooms and living room. There are 4 bedrooms (2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor en-suite), with single beds convertible to double beds. There are also 3 bathrooms, two en-suite. Sofa beds can be provided for the 2 extra guests. The first floor offers terraces with panoramic beach views.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area has a sea view window. The living room is spacious and airy, with comfortable sofas for relaxing.

Outside, the terrace with a private pool (heatable as an extra) is perfect for sunbathing. There is also a barbecue and dining area, plus a jacuzzi (optional extra) to enjoy the sunset.

The villa is in a quiet area, with São Rafael beach 100m away, and 5 minutes by car from Albufeira centre, with nearby bars, restaurants and golf courses.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: € 400 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.
From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
