Possibility to take walks or hikes in the nearby hills, the panorama of the Camaiore valley and the nearby mountains. The house has air conditioning in all rooms and independent heating if our guests wish to book in the low season, free WIFI. The main entrance opens into a beautiful room in shades of white, welcoming with two windows overlooking the countryside to the valley of Camaiore hidden by silk taffeta curtains, two sofas, a small antique sofa covered in velvet, a writing desk with chair and reading lamp, modern fireplace FOCUS, SAT-TV. Next to it is the dining room with a beautiful antique table and modern chairs, old pickled white wardrobe, large glass door that leads to the garden with a second gazebo, table and chairs for our welcome guests. The house, the garden and the swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the customer, there are no common areas to share with other families.

The villa is surrounded by nature, hidden by the main road of the village. It allows you to enjoy your holiday in complete relaxation, comfort and tranquillity. The panorama offers green hills, mountains,
Mediterranean vegetation and a view of the historic centre of Camaiore.
The house is accessed simply by exiting the main street of the town, which is a short distance away. The house is close to all the city amenities but, at the same time, it is far from noise and the typical din of the inhabited centre.

You can go out and go for long walks going up the hill on foot, go hiking in the mountains, take bicycle tours, go and enjoy the beauty of the nearby beaches (starting from 9 km from the villa).
