Son Serra Marina sea view townhouse, only 100 meters from the sea.
This lovely bright sea view house is located in Son Serra de Marina, which has a lovely natural sandy beach with crystal clear water. It's also only al short drive away from Muro beach and Can Picafort ( Mallorca).

Decorated with a modern coastal style to reflect the colours of the sea and surrounding nature.
It has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge on the second floor to maximise the great views from the large windows, you can sit on the sofa and watch the sailing yachts on the sea.
On the ground floor are three bedrooms, the master with double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second has a double bed and the third two single beds. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom with walk in shower. There is a separate toilet next to the lounge. On the ground level terraces there is ample storage for bicycles (you can rent in the area), wind and kite surfing equipment, or surf or paddle-boards.
The house has a beautiful terrace with fantastic views, where you can enjoy dining and relaxing; there are sun beds, sofas, a dining table and chairs and a gas barbacue; there's also an outside shower for cooling down on those hot summer days.
Amenities and facilities:The house is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning. (We politely ask you to be responsible with energy consumption.)Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and juicer .Washing machine is located on the lower floor. Wifi internet, smart TV and satellite TV with some international channels (German, English, French).
Electricity: Included in your reservation is an electricity fee of 50€. Any additional usage will be charged at 0,35€/KWh. The electricity meter is logged on arrival and at departure.

Son Serra de Marina is a very special part of Mallorca, there are no big hotels because it is a protected area. It has a beautiful natural sandy beach which is part of the protected natural park with crystalline clear waters to enjoy swimming.
It will take you less than 2 minutes to enjoy this special sandy beach, Start the morning with a walk along the sand listening to the sound of the sea and of course, take the first dip of the day.
In the area you will find a few great restaurants and cafes, as well as the typical Spanish tapas bar. The supermarket is conveniently located a short distance from the villa.
There are may other beaches and calas close by, such as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Alcudia and Cala Ratjada.Why not rent a paddle surf or kayak? and depending on the weather it is also a top spot for surfing and windsurfing.A 10 minutes' drive takes you to Can Picafort where you'll find leisure, nightlife, shopping facilities and much more.
From Palma de Mallorca airport it’s around a 50-60 minute drive by car.

Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.
We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.
There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.
Prices for this property are in Euros.
A refundable deposit is required to cover any damage caused to the property or contents.
Bookings also taken for December to March. Long winter rental prices on request.
Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee of 50€ which can be paid in cash on arrival.
All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge.
