The accommodation

House with sunny terraces and garden, located just 5 minutes walk from the unspoilt beach of Son Serra de Marina, in the north of the island and 50 km from the airport. The house is located on a quiet residential street. The area is primarily residential, safe, quiet, and popular with families. Private parking on the property. Air conditioning (hot and cold) in the living / dining room. Fans and heaters in the bedrooms. Cot and high chair available on request (free of charge). We offer our guests an umbrella and chairs to take to the beach. Internet of high speed. Google chrome cast installed on the TV.
Terrace with dining furniture, ideal to enjoy meals outdoors. charcoal barbecue. Sunny terrace with hammocks and deck chairs. Children's pool (diameter 244cm and depth 60cm). The pool is large enough for 3/4 adults to sit in it. This house is perfect for families and for those looking for a relaxing vacation in a quiet area, away from the crowds and hotels.
All windows and doors have mosquito nets.
The house has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom number one has a large double bed (180x200) and has its own private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom number 2 has 2 single beds. It is possible to install an additional single bed free of charge.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Nespresso coffee machine available to our guests. Shop, pharmacy, bakery, restaurant and bar within walking distance (less than 3 minutes walk). The beach is at the end of the street. We provide bedding and towels for all our guests.
All our houses and bedding are disinfected following the Covid protocol prior to check-in. Courtesy hydrogel available to our customers.
Son Serra de Marina is a popular holiday destination in the north of the island. It is a quiet residential area, away from the busy tourist centers. Its wide sandy beach invites you to relax.Son Serra de Marina beach is very long, with a panoramic view from Cap Ferrux (Artá) to the port of Alcudia. Within walking distance, you can find more natural beaches, such as Son Real and Sa Canova.
We encourage all our guests to use electricity responsibly, so the first 150kw / h used will be free. The excess of this electricity use will be charged at € 0.15 per kWh. The tourist tax (ecotax) will be charged from May to October at € 2.2 per adult and per night.
Bachelor parties and / or celebrations are NOT allowed. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption, so the first 150kw / h consumed will be free. The excess of this consumption will be charged at € 0.15 per kw / h.
