The accommodation
Sa Comare is a newly renovated house located in a quiet area of the village of Lluchmajor, 15 minutes away from the airport and 25 minutes from Palma City. The house offers a large private garden with free-standing swimming pool and a built in barbeque. Outdoor dinning table and sunloungers for your comfort. Also located in the garden, we have a toy room for our youngest guests. We do have a bab cot and high chair available on request and free of charge.
The house has 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a cortesy loo. The whole unit is located on the ground floor. The house is located in a cul de sac, and is easy and free to park outside the house.
Bedding and towels are provided for all our guests. The ecotax in not included in the final price and will be charged at 2,2€ per adult and per night from may to october and 0,55€ the rest of months.
We dont accept reservations of groups of people under 23 years of age. Parties are NOT allowed at any time. Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
Days before their arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.
Llucmajor is the largest municipality in Mallorca. Fine sandy beaches and wonderful coves stretch along its 47 kilometers of coastline, ideal for sailing, fishing, and diving.The mild climate (average temperatures of 27°C in summer and 14°C in winter) and easy access to the entire area make the Llucmajor coast the ideal destination for all types of tourism, particularly family-friendly.Along the Llucmajor coast, you can enjoy the wonderful viewpoints in Son Verí Nou, Maioris, Puig de Ros, Sa Torre, Badia Blava, Badia Gran, and at the end of the Cap Blanc road, the lighthouse of the same name, Cala Pi beach, and the defensive towers of Cala Pi and S'Estalella.
Traveling along the Cap Blanc road towards the lighthouse, we pass by the S'Aguila Shelter, with spectacular views of the cliffs.Among the attractions of the town of Llucmajor is the Church of San Bartolomé, a beautiful Gothic-style church dating back to the 13th century. Also worth a visit is the weekly Llucmajor market (Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday mornings), where you can enjoy local produce and crafts.
