"'L'Olivera" (Catalonia Tourism Registration Number HUTT-006201), is a beautiful villa located in a quiet area at the entrance to the town and its more than 10 km of beaches. The house is very tastefully decorated and has all the details. It is the ideal house for family tourism. It has a large garden, a large swimming pool with security for children, a barbecue area with an outdoor dining room and free WIFI. Its good location facilitates access to all services (supermarkets, beaches, bars, restaurants, train station, ...).
Plot of 750 square meters (250 square meters of house plus 500 square meters of garden).

- 1 very large room for 4 or 5 people.
- 1 suite with private bathroom and dressing room.

It is a house for family tourism or for groups of adults. We do not accept reservations from groups of young people under the age of 28.
The house has a lot of privacy and beautiful views since most of the garden has no neighbors. We have a garage and free parking right at the main entrance.
The house has all the amenities included in the price: bed sheets, towels, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, appliances, ... and the final cleaning of the house.

Setting

The town is located in a privileged place on the Costa Dorada, with more than 10 km of extensive and beautiful beaches and surrounded by mountains.
Our town is very well connected. It can be accessed by the AP7 motorway or by the A7 motorway, both are free in our area. We have the train station 10 minutes walk from home. At 50 meters from the house we also have a free bus stop that accesses the town and the beaches. Car parking areas are free throughout the town and beaches.

The good location of our town allows you to practice different water and mountain sports: kayaking, windsurfing, mountain biking, paddle surfing, hiking, fishing ...
