This pleasant holiday home is located in a quiet residential area of the seaside resort of Colònia de Sant Pere, which is quite unknown and ideal for couples, but also for small families with children. Here you can enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet, as there are no larger hotels here apart from mass tourism. Within walking distance you can quickly reach the restaurants and the small supermarkets. A pharmacy, a small fishing and yacht harbour and a bank are also located in this romantic former fishing and farming village.
The house has been completely renovated in 2019, very lovingly furnished and most of it newly furnished. The new kitchen is neatly equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood and large refrigerator. We also thought of all needs with various newly purchased small electrical appliances, cooking utensils and kitchen utensils to be able to spoil yourself culinarily also on vacation.
The floor space of the bathroom has been optimally designed with a 90 x 90 cm shower, toilet and washbasin and equipped with high-quality fittings. In winter the bathroom can be pleasantly heated with the help of a towel radiator.
In both bedrooms as well as in the living-dining area there is air conditioning for pleasant cooling in summer and for cosy warmth in winter. Very pleasant is also the cool breeze that is generated by the 3 fans in the bedrooms and in the living room.
On request, we can of course also provide you with a travel cot and high chair.
As a precautionary measure, safety is not neglected. There are several smoke detectors and 2 fire extinguishers in the house.
The detached family house is almost completely surrounded by terraces of all sizes, so that you can find the ideal place for the 4 sun beds depending on the season. A large hammock invites you to relax. There is also enough space for the little guests to play ball and for the bigger guests to play badminton.
A new house is currently being built on the neighbouring property, so unfortunately there may be occasional noise disturbances during the day until the expected completion in summer 2022!
Although Colònia de Sant Pere is a small and manageable place, it is equipped with all important infrastructure. In summer the 3 small supermarkets are open and have everything important for the daily needs. The many restaurants offer delicious dishes for every taste and purse.
In the nearer surroundings you can find Artà. This 12 km away village with its small (free to visit) castle is very popular with tourists. There are also many shops, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors, post office, banks and a public swimming pool. On Tuesdays the big market is an attraction for the locals, but also for the guests of the island.
Beside the two beaches in Colonia de Sant Pere there are other beaches, e.g. at Artà (about 22 km), Cala Ratjada (23 km) and Canyamel (about 21 km).
Activities and attractions
Depending on the season and climate, day trips are possible to the island capital Palma, to the romantic mountain villages of the Tramuntana, to the caves in Porto Cristo, Artà or Campanet or to the many small romantic bays of the island. There are boat trips from various points of view, e.g. to the small islands of Cabrera or Sa Dragonera and with one of the ferries even the neighbouring islands of Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera can be reached in a few hours.

Das haus liegt ganz nah am meer und am hafen von colonia san pere, direkten blick aufs meer hat man nur eingeschränkt durch die bäume des nachbargrundstücks. Die ausstattung des hauses ist gut, wir konnten als selbstversorger täglich gut kochen, alles notwendige war vorhanden. Die räume sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das große doppelbett, das wir als einziges nutzten, war sehr komfortabel, man konnte gut schlafen und ruhe finden. Der wohn- essbereich ist so gut eingerichtet, dass man auch schlechtwettertage gut nutzen kann. W-lan funktioniert sehr gut. Die sanitäreinrichtungen sind überdurchschnittlich gut. Das ganze haus ist extrem sauber und gepflegt. Außenbereiche haben wir wenig genutzt, aber sie sind ansprechend. Die individuelle betreuung durch herrn pingel war beeindruckend gut. Wir sind rundum zufrieden, kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das haus uneingeschränkt
