Nice apartment in the center of Roses, 300m from the beach and close to all shops (restaurants, supermarket, bakeries, butchers ...), on the third and top floor with elevator capacity from 1 to 4 people.

* Bathroom with large shower.

* Beautiful south facing terrace with views of the mountain and a park.

* Free Wi-Fi.

* Private parking space for medium-sized vehicle in underground garage.

Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travellers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train for a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueras, an immersion in the Medes Islands nature reserve, animations in summer, walk along the promenade with many restaurants and its local specialities. Not to mention the nice rest on the sandy beach. Roses beaches enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.

The price does not include bed linen and towels. You can rent them, €15/person.
