This 400m² fully furnished villa boasts living and dining areas, 4 large bedrooms each with their own with private bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, private pool, outdoor terraces, air conditioning, free WI-FI, internet and satellite TV , private parking area and smoke and carbon-monoxide alarms.

Access to the area is easy as it is just 70 mins from Málaga and 40mins from Gibraltar airports and the property provides a paid airport shuttle service.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

1. When booking, a reservation payment of 50% of the total amount is requested.
2. Final payment (50%) due 31 days before the day of arrival.
3. In the case of short-term bookings (less than 30 days before arrival), the total amount is due.

PAYMENT METHOD:

Payments may be made in Euros by bank transfer or credit card (VISA / MASTERCARD).

PAYMENT TERMS:

1. Please do not transfer cash payments by post.
2. All payments should only be made by one person, if possible this should be the leader of your tour group as stated in the reservation confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations are only accepted in writing, the date on which the cancellation was received applies!

1. If more than 60 days before arrival - full reimbursement of all payments made (free cancellation!)
2. between 60 and 31 days before arrival - loss of 50% of the total rental amount (loss of reservation payment)
3. between 30 and 0 days before arrival - loss of 100% of the total rental amount

The villa is located less than 1 km. from the next sandy beach (5 mins with car). Numerious nice restaurants and beachbars in near neighbourhood as well as a nice shopping centre with 2 supermarkets, private hospital with emergency service 24/7 and several restaurants.

The next nice marina port of Puerto de la Duquesa is located in 2 km., village of Sabinillas in 2,5 km., city of Estepona in 10 km., Marbella in 35 km. and Malaga city in 95 km. distance.
