The accommodation

The apartment is registered with the Andalusian Regional Government’s Tourist Registry.

The price includes all utilities, including water and electricity.
The apartment faces south and is located on the first floor.
It features a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and an armchair, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen (including a toaster, coffee maker, etc.) and a small terrace off the kitchen where the washing machine is located. The living room opens onto the terrace, where you can eat or have a drink while looking out at the sea. There are two double bedrooms, both facing south and with exterior windows, as well as a full bathroom with a bathtub and bidet, and a separate half-bath with a sink and toilet.
There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, and both the windows and the living room have new aluminum shutters with adjustable slats, creating a pleasant atmosphere as needed.
Upstairs, there is a 70 m² private sun terrace with exceptional views, equipped with electricity and water.
The parking space is private and located within the gated community.
The gated community’s private pool is 40 meters away; it is spacious and surrounded by a large garden.

Setting

The residential complex is located right on the beachfront; you just have to cross a large garden and you’re on the vast beach (over 100 meters wide) known as “El Playazo,” which stretches for nearly 4 kilometers. The apartment is located 1 kilometer from the nudist area.
Access by car is very easy, and you enter the gated community via remote control. The complex is secure yet features large, open spaces, as you can see in the photos.
You can get by without using a car, as everything you need is nearby, including supermarkets, a pharmacy, bars, restaurants, beach bars, etc.

Activities and attractions

Just 100 meters away, right on the beach, there is an excellent sports center where you can take classes and enjoy all kinds of water activities, rent sailboats, surfboards, and more.
In Villaricos, located 5 km away, there is a scuba diving school where you can enjoy diving and earn various certifications.
A ten-minute walk (1 km) away is a fantastic water park that attracts visitors from all over the region.
Just a short distance away, in the surrounding area, are the towns of Mojácar, La Garrucha, Vera, and Villaricos.
You can visit Cabo de Gata, Níjar, San José, Aguamarga, Carboneras, and other nearby towns on morning or afternoon outings.
For golf lovers, there are at least six courses in the surrounding area.
