For the year 2022 - during the Corona Pandemic the following customer-friendly clause applies in addition to the normal travel cancellation rules:
If new travel restrictions are imposed by the Spanish government due to the Covid-19 crisis, you will be refunded almost the full amount of the rental already paid. Only 100 € + 21% IVA will be retained from the amount paid as a handling fee. Once you have moved into the house, there is no refund of the rent. In the event that family members or members of your travel group fall ill with Covid-19 during your stay, you must report this.
Casa Familia is quietly located in a residential area at the top of Cumbre del Sol, which overlooks Moraira. However, it is only about 200 mtr. to a supermarket and restaurant, as well as a pharmacy, so that you can quickly get your breakfast rolls every morning. The Cumbre del Sol's own beach - with beach bar and deckchair hire - is only about 2 km away.
The property has a hillside location and is terraced. From the street level with the garage stairs lead up to the pool area. Next to the pool there is a completely glazed dining area, in front of it the barbecue. This allows you to eat outside even in the cooler season and enjoy the views to the sea.
About 14 more steps lead up to the apartment. In front of the entrance to the kitchen there is another dining area on a sunny terrace. The large, bright, modern kitchen has a large wooden dining table and 6 chairs. You can see the sea shimmering when having meals together with family and friends. From the kitchen a hallway leads to the living room, and on to the guest toilet and bathroom and at the very back to the two bedrooms.
Equipped with air conditioning, fireplace, central heating and WiFi, Casa Familia is suitable for beautiful, relaxed family holidays all year round.
In front of the pool area is also the entrance to the lower apartment, which is not rented and remains locked. You are always alone on the property.

Sun terrace: in front of the kitchen with garden table and 4 chairs - as outdoor dining area, below by the pool there is another terrace with large sun beds, and a glazed pavilion with a small bar and a small sofa.

The residential area "Cumbre del Sol" is located 3 km above Benitachell, between Javea and Moraira on the cliffs, and offers magnificent views. Undisturbed by power lines, as the residential area is wired underground.
In the residential area you find supermarket, restaurant with large pool, bar, pharmacy only 200 mtr. away. Furthermore tennis courts and other restaurants. In Benitachell you will find all shopping facilities.
The beach in the residential area (partly sandy, partly pebbly) is about 2 km away - with beach cafe and deckchair rental, an impressive cave invites you to snorkel, above the beach there is a footpath with a wonderful view. Well developed hiking trails, e.g. to Javea and its surroundings are also available. The sandy beaches of Moraira and El Portet and Javea can be reached in 10 - 15 minutes by car.
