The accommodation

Beautiful Town-house on the Costa Brava with sea views and community pool. It has a maximum capacity for 8 people.
It is a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the seaport of Sant Feliu de Guíxols. There is a communal pool, garage for one car, parking space for one car more, fireplace and WIFI.
The property is made on three floors. On the first floor is the living room with table, chairs, sofas and TV. The living room has a direct access to the terrace with outdoor furniture and sea views, there is also access to: the fully equipped kitchen, a courtesy bathroom and the stairs that lead to the parking on the ground floor and upstairs where are located the 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Setting

Top floor has: a Suite bedroom with double bed, has its respective bathroom with bathtub and has direct access to a small balcony with outdoor furniture and sea views, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with bunk beds and another bedroom with a trundle bed which has a small balcony. The three bedrooms share a full bathroom with a bathtub. The whole house is correctly furnished and decorated, has wooden closures, blinds and curtains.

Activities and attractions

The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes’ walk from the most beautiful beaches and creek coves of the Costa Brava, and 10 minutes walk from the seafront and the old town of Sant Feliu de Guíxols with shops, restaurants, bars and the historic centre.
The area offers diving centres, about 5 minutes from your property you may find the "Cala Jonca" one of the richest sea beds in the municipality, an ideal place for those who prefer uncrowned beaches. There are also several hiking routes that merge with the lovely “Camí de Ronda”, surrounded by sea and nature, to enjoy the best views of the Mediterranean Sea. You’ll be able to visit such spectacular places as the church of Sant Elm, which is a historical heritage. For climber’s – we have “Via Ferrata or Cala del Molí”. In August, Sant Feliu offers it’s visitors the International Festival of Porta Ferrada, one of the oldest music festivals held in Catalonia. Currently, the Festival gathers different music, theatre and dance shows that make it unique due to its characteristics.
