The accommodation

It is a comfortable country house located next to the Irminio Nature Reserve: it is in fact about 250 meters from its entrance and about 400 meters from its beach.

It is an eco-sustainable house: with a photovoltaic system, we independently produce the entire electricity requirement.

It is a modern apartment that comfortably accommodates two people.
It is also possible to accommodate a child up to three years of age, who will be provided with a comfortable camping cot, provided this is requested at the time of booking.

The house has every comfort and all rooms are air conditioned.
It's composed by:
- A large and bright kitchen complete with all appliances and utensils;
- A private double bedroom;
- A comfortable living room with sofa and Smart-TV, next to a romantic fireplace;
- A spacious bathroom with shower.

Access is also suitable for people with motor disabilities.
The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels.
Pets (max 2) are allowed at a cost of 5 euros per night.

It has a large terrace, from which you have a splendid view of the sea and the entire Nature Reserve which can be enjoyed at any time of day or night, being equipped with a gazebo, two tables, chairs, a barbecue, umbrellas, deck chairs and a large and comfortable hammock.
During the day you can have breakfast and sunbathe lying in the hammock or on the deckchairs, protected by large umbrellas, while in the evening you can have dinner cooking on the grill in the barbecue or having all the food you want delivered to your home by the various delivery.

At guests' disposal there is a free private parking for one car.

The apartment is equipped with:

- Free Wifi;
- «Lavazza a Modo Mio» coffee and beverage machine;
- Four-burner kitchen;
- Refrigerator with freezer door;

- There is also a computer desk, suitable for smart working.

The neighborhood is very quiet and finding us is very simple:

Those who have a navigator like TomTom just need to type «gravina, Ragusa, Rg» and, without any other indication, they will arrive about 100 meters from its entrance.

In addition, the day before your arrival, you will be sent all the directions to reach us easily and safely.

Check-in from 16:00 to 18:00.

Check-out at 10:00.

Marina di Ragusa, with its beaches, its services and its nightlife, is about 1.2 km away and can also be easily reached by bicycle;
The Irminio Oriented Biological Nature Reserve;
The beaches of Donnalucata, Punta Braccetto and Punta Secca;
Ragusa Ibla, for its late 18th century Baroque style, scene of the episodes of Inspector Montalbano, with the Cathedral and its urban fabric, the scene of continuous events and cultural manifestations of all kinds;
