A villa with spectacular sea views

The accommodation

A beautiful villa built by our great uncle in the 60s.
Upstairs, the villa consists of a kitchen, a spacious dining room and two large terraces overlooking the sea. The terraces are covered and the larger one can accommodate a long table for al fresco dining. On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms overlooking the garden and 1 with 3 beds, each with a private bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The villa sleeps up to 9 people. In the back of the villa there's an outdoor shower for when returning from the sea, a garage and three parking spaces.

Setting

This beautiful area of Southern Italy is largely untouched by foreign tourism, a piece of the real Italy! A short distance from Maratea Fiumicello, the villa is situated in a shady pine forest and set within a large garden. A five minute walk along a private path leads down to the sea where you can swim or sunbathe (rocks, no sand). The only other access to this stretch of coastline is by boat or from the neighbouring villa.

Activities and attractions

The villa is set in a secluded area: in order to reach restaurants, shops and sandy beaches you will need a car.
Fiumicello is 2 km away, as well as the harbour and many sandy beaches.
