Completely renovated old typical Mediterranean construction house, ideal for spending the summer, with a private pool on the huge terrace (over 500m) with panoramic views of the valley. To enjoy the outdoors, bathing in the pool, sunbathing. At sunset you can dine outside and watch the sunsets with a barbecue, and take the cool, as it is a very private terrace. It also has a porch, a pergola, garden furniture and umbrellas. It also has an old wood oven.

It is in a tourist area par excellence 1 km from the golf course and 4 from the Arenal beach, well connected. In a quiet urbanization where many European retirees live, and has a community playground.

Located in Jávea and close to the tourist towns of Dénia and Moraira, very visited for their beautiful coasts and transparent beaches
