With capacity for 2–4 guests, it is ideal for couples, small families, or peaceful seaside getaways.

Access to the apartment requires going down 2 floors. There is no lift.

Located 10 minutes walk from the Canyelles beach (natural beach of fine sand with 3 beach restaurants, a supermarket and bakery open seasonally).

Located 20–30 minutes walking from the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets and its large sandy beach.

Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travellers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train for a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueras, an immersion in the Medes Islands nature reserve, animations in summer, walk along the promenade with many restaurants and its local specialities. Not to mention the nice rest on the sandy beach. Roses beaches enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.
