Ancient Umbrian farmhouse renovated with every comfort and originality, immersed in a park of approximately 5000 meters, ideal for resting or spending peaceful moments with friends or family. A double bedroom with bathroom, a mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size bed (140 cm x 190 cm), 1 double bedroom, in the large common living room a double sofa bed and a single bed, 1 bathroom with tub. Kitchen equipped with dishes, oven and dishwasher.

Furthermore, a large porch furnished with a large table for 12 people, an ancient cupboard and a comfortable sofa, shaded by a thriving American vine and climbing roses that run along the walls and columns, from which you can admire splendid sunsets.
A beautiful pergola of vines and wisteria will welcome you, equipped for eating and relaxing, overlooking the park.
At guests' disposal a wood-burning oven and a built-in barbeque, washing machine, stereo, mosquito nets on the windows, first aid kit, shaded parking area.

- ORVIETO – located on the top of a volcanic tuff rock. Visit the cathedral with the fresco by Luca Signorelli.
- VITERBO – “Città de Pipi” was the papal seat between 1257-81, nearby are the sulphurous waters “Terme dei Papi.
- CARSULAE – Roman archaeological park.
- BOMARZO - “Parco dei Mostri“ a wonderful 16th century garden with grotesque sculptures.

- AMELIA – pre-Roman city surrounded by cyclopean walls. Visit the Museum with the Roman statue of "Germanico", the Roman cisterns, the Theater is a small copy of the Venetian theater "La Fenice". In July - August historic costume procession "Il Palio dei Colombi".
- LUGNANO, splendid village with a wonderful view of the Tiber valley and an astonishing 12th century church.
- CAPRAROLA - Palazzo Farnese, one of the best manifestations of Italian Renaissance architecture and frescoes
- TERME DI RAMICI SPA, ancient sulphurous water with pristine pools
- NARNI, ancient city with the particularity of "underground Narni" the prisons of the inquisition. Nearby are Le MOLE di NARNI, a small paradise for a swim immersed in the wild nature of the river
