Covered outdoor parking space. The well-maintained surroundings of Puerto de Vega earned it the prestigious award of "Exemplary Village of Asturias" in 1995. Puerto de Vega has always been linked to fishing. Formerly a bustling commercial and whaling port, it continues to be dedicated to fishing today.

The village of Puerto de Vega preserves a picturesque fishing port with centuries-old battlements. It also boasts other points of interest: the Baluarte viewpoint, with 18th-century cannons; the Riba viewpoint, a reminder of the old whalers; and the chapels of Atalaya, Socorro, Carmen, and Lebrón. The old stately homes, among which the Trelles house stands out, where the enlightened G. M. de Jovellanos (1744-1811) died; the birthplaces of Juan Pérez Villamil (1754-1824) and Álvaro de Navia Osorio (1684-1732); the houses built by returning emigrants, including the Casino, designed by the architect Manuel del Busto (1874-1948), and the Benigno Blanco Park; and the parish church of Santa Marina (1730-1749), with its excellent Baroque and Rococo altarpieces by José Bernardo de la Meana and the oldest organ in northern Spain (16th century). The centuries-old Plaza de Cupido, the central hub around which the original fishing village grew, exudes nobility and old-world charm, making it a favorite spot for painters and poets.

Apartamento coqueto

Bonito apartamento, bien situado y cuidado, pequeño pero suficiente para una pareja. No le faltaba ningún detalle y su dueño estuvo siempre dispuesto a echarnos una mano para todo lo que necesitábamos, incluso fue súper comprensivo y amable con un pequeñito percance que tuvimos. Sin duda volveríamos porque además la zona es preciosa
