It's a very cozy appartment. The kitchen has been recently renovated. The appliances are new and the furniture with little use.
The apartment consists of a living room, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 extra-long folding sofa-bed and 1 folding bed for a child, 1 complete bathroom, 1 kitchen, a study area and a dining room or terrace.
This charming apartment is located in the heart of Marbella. A few minutes from the beach promenade, the marina, old town and Parque Alameda

The accommodation is located in the urban center just a few meters from the main street.
The old town - worth seeing - is just 200 meters away and 600 meters distance from the beach and marina.
You can buy food and drink in the supermarket located on the ground floor of the building. The boutiques are located on the main street and also in the old town.

He alquilado este apartamento por una semana (en agosto) con mi pareja y nos ha encantado! muy acogedor, amplio, limpio y bien equipado. Está situado en una zona muy cómoda, cerca de todos los servicios, la única pega es que en verano es muy difícil encontrar aparcamiento! la propietaria ha sido muy amable y disponible! lo recomiendo sin dudas
