It is a new house, decorated in 2020, with all modern comforts. A place that invites you to relax and enjoy watching the sea and strolling along the beach.

There are more than 50 beaches within a 30-minute drive, and the Picos de Europa are only 45 minutes away.

First floor: 1 master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) with sea views and access to a 50m² terrace. 1 children’s bedroom with bunk beds and a play area with smart TV, PlayStation, painting and reading area. 1 fully fitted bathroom with rainfall shower.

Second floor: Beautiful and modern kitchen with marble worktop and all the necessary equipment to unleash your inner chef (dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, Nespresso machine...). Access to a 25m² terrace with dining area. Living-dining room where you will always see the sea. Spacious sitting area with 50” smart TV and oak table seating 8. Cloakroom.

Third floor: 1 master bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200cm) with sea views and three large Velux skylight windows up to the ceiling, perfect for relaxing while reading and overlooking Merón beach. 1 twin bedroom (90x200cm beds) with views of the countryside and the Picos de Europa. 1 fully fitted bathroom with rainfall shower.

Everything to relax and enjoy. Just 100 metres from the house begins Merón beach, which joins Gerra beach. 4 km of unspoilt beach within Oyambre Natural Park. Only 5 minutes from Oyambre beach and 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Comillas.

All amenities (cafés, bakeries, restaurants, supermarket...) are a 5-minute walk from the house.

1.5km or 15 minutes on foot across the famous Mazas bridge from the centre of San Vicente de la Barquera, with its Saturday market and August festivities.

Gerra and Merón are considered two of the meccas for surf lovers. Numerous surf shops and schools very close to the house.

40 minutes from the best spots in the Picos de Europa (Bulnes, Potes, Fuente Dé...). Canoeing on the Sella and Deva rivers from Panes. Coastal trail. A magical place.

Within a 30-minute radius are many of the best beaches of the Cantabrian coast (Prellezo, Pechón, La Franca, Andrín, Cué, Toró, Torimbia, Poo, Borizo, San Martín, Toranda, Barro, Gulpiyuri, Guadamía, La Vega, La Griega...).

Towns such as Llanes, Lastres, Comillas, Santillana del Mar, Ribadesella and Santander are very nearby.

Magical places such as El Soplao Caves, the Coastal Path, Braña de los Tejos, Altamira Caves, the source of the River Purón, the Cares Trail, Naranjo de Bulnes, Gulpiyuri beach... are all within less than an hour.

A perfect base to reach Arriondas, Cangas de Onís, Cabrales and the Lakes of Covadonga.

A gastronomic delight: dine at El Balamú, Siete Puertas or Mirador de Toró in Llanes, Casa Eutimio or El Cafetín in Lastres, or the essential Casa Poli in Puertas de Vidiago. Beach bars such as Torimbia, Toró or Andrín are also must-visits to enjoy food overlooking the sea.
