Rent The rent is based on use by 4 adults. For every person more we´ll charge € 10 per person per day.
Payments We would like to receive 50% of the total rent as soon as possible. Your reservation is official at the moment we received this payment. De second 50% we like to receive 1 month before arriving.
Cancelation policy Cancellations must be received in writing (email). Here the following charges apply:
- Up to 6 months before arrival date 10% - Up to 3 months before arrival date 50% - Up to 1 month before arrival date 75% - Within 1 month before arrival date 90% - Within 1 week before arrival date 100%
Small animals are allowed after consultation. Extra cleaning costs are € 25 per stay per animal.
We can provide a cot and children´s chair for € 40 per stay.
