Beautiful and cozy apartment on the 1st line of the beach with stunning views and less than five minutes walk from the center or old town.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 complete bathrooms, a large terrace and garage space.
The view from the terrace, both to Levante and Poniente, is spectacular and unique. An unbeatable terrace to spend hours and hours on it, with two loungers to rest and an exercise bike to exercise while looking at the sea.
The Benipark community has a swimming pool in summer, two paddle courts, gardens, a concierge and security cameras.
There are bars, cafes and restaurants on the ground floor where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner just below the house if you want.
