The accommodation

Come and enjoy your vacation in this beautiful beach house located just 4km from the coast.
It features a living-dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped independent kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc.), 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed, air conditioning, access to the garden, and 2 full bathrooms.
The spacious 800m² plot includes artificial grass, a 7 x 6m swimming pool (1.20m/1.70m deep), a barbecue area, a covered porch, and a storage room with a washing machine and dryer.
The villa has Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room, and another unit in the hallway to cool the other bedrooms.

Setting

Beautiful beach house located in the pleasant Las Tres Calas urbanisation. There you'll find a small shopping centre with a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, bars, and restaurants. Sample some typical dishes at the BAMBALINA Bar-Restaurant, where you can enjoy evening entertainment (live music), while the little ones have a blast in the lovely children's play area with a playground, soccer fields, basketball courts, and pétanque courts, all just a few meters away. Located only 4km from the charming fishing village of L'Ametlla de Mar, an increasingly popular destination where couples and families return year after year to enjoy the atmosphere of this enchanting village. The pretty fishing village is just a 5-minute drive away and offers a good selection of shops, bars, and restaurants. The coastline in this area is one of the most beautiful and unspoiled in the Mediterranean. We have more than 30 coves to choose from between the coastal road of L’Ametlla de Mar and La Almadraba.
