The accommodation

GREAT HIGH STANDING VILLA WITH STUNNING VIEWS overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, with private pool for 8 people.

DISTRIBUTION: This villa is arranged on two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the main floor are three bedrooms (double beds) and three bathrooms (en suite). Also on this floor a fully equipped kitchen, large living room dinning room with spectacular sea views and a cleaning room. Upstairs there is a fourth bedroom (double bed) with en suite bathroom and a lovely terrace from which to contemplate the views.

EXTERIOR: This villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with palms, different trees and grass. We have a magnificent swimming pool that invites to cool off with the magnificent views over the Moraira bay. There is a covered area fully furnished for BBQ and outdoor meals. The entrance to this property through an automatic sliding door offers enough space to park our vehicles.

OBSERVATIONS: THIS VILLA CAN ONLY BE BOOKED ON A FULL WEEK BASIS ALL YEAR AND A TWO WEEK BASIS FROM JUNE TILL SEPTEMBER BOTH INCLUSIVE.
