The accommodation

This house is located in the Lliria area, in a privileged setting close to the city of Valencia. It is ideal for relaxing and visiting the city, going to the nearby beaches, enjoying a swim in the pool, cooking on the barbecue… dare to cook a wonderful Valencian paella. Play in the large garden, go cycling, watch the stars… In short, it is perfect for switching off from noisy, large cities, enjoying and relaxing with friends and family, for those who appreciate silence and nature.

The living room offers the perfect space to relax after spending a day in the countryside or in the city of Valencia.

You can prepare delicious recipes in the fully equipped kitchen and then enjoy them at the dining table or outdoors on the terrace.

The house has 2 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms. There is an iron, washing machine, air conditioning and a gas heater.

You can park directly on the property and pets are allowed.

Setting

To reach the villa, take the CV-35 exit towards Lliria.
From the residential area there are excellent views over the valley full of orange groves — the region’s main crop — as well as the city of Valencia and the Mediterranean Sea.

There is a bus service to the village of Domeño.

The beach and the city are 30 minutes away, and within 15 minutes you will find the El Osito shopping centre, the Kinepolis leisure complex, and a wide variety of bars and restaurants.

There is also the River Turia, with a beautiful riverside path that reaches the city. Walking or cycling along it can be great fun, and the river has a gentle current where you can swim. Just 5 minutes away is the lovely San Vicente Park.

All the activities taking place in the city are within easy reach of visitors.

The City of Arts and Sciences, including the magnificent Oceanogràfic.
Attend cultural events at the Palau de la Música and the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía.
Stroll through the city centre and the old town, visiting its most beautiful landmarks: the Cathedral, El Miguelete, the Central Market, and the Serranos and Quart Towers. Don’t forget to enjoy the wide range of local gastronomy.
Visit the Port of Valencia and choose a boat trip, sailing school, diving experience or buy fresh fish at the fish market.
Spend a few hours at Bioparc Zoo.
