Bedroom 2 and 3 have double beds and each has the possibility of 1 or 2 single additional beds.

Outside, in the private 900m2 walled garden there is off road parking for 2 cars, relaxing lounge areas, dining area and BBQ, 10m x 5m swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers and a shower.

Setting

The villa is situated in the heart of La Manga (at km 4.5) only 500 m from the Zoco area where you can find many café bars, restaurants, boutique shops and supermarkets, petrol station and a medical centre .
The beaches of the beautiful Mediterranean and Mar Manor are both easily accessed within a few hundred metres as are beach bars and a variety of water sports.

Activities and attractions

In the immediate area you will find bars and coffee shops, children's play areas and parks and nice promenades for a stroll.
Close by and reached by car or public transport are several harbours and marinas. The lovely fishing village of Cabo de Palos with a large selection of fantastic restaurants. Here you will also find opportunities for scuba diving and more water sports as well as costal walks .
The historic city of Cartagena is only 30 minutes away and is worth exploring with its boat trips, Roman history , tapas bars and shops.
There are several golf courses within a 40 minute drive for keen golfers and the famous La Manga Club is only a 20 minutes away.
