Located in the Sant Jordi d'Alfama urbanization, just 4 km from the coves and beaches, this two-story villa features a spacious and bright living-dining room with large windows so you don't miss a thing, a large, fully equipped independent kitchen with air conditioning (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker (filter, Nespresso, and Dolce Gusto), microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and various utensils), access to the garden, and a utility room with a washing machine and an additional refrigerator.

For your comfort, there are three bedrooms with double beds (150 cm), all with direct access to the garden and air conditioning. There is also a full bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet.
