Lovely house in typical Menorcan style, nestled on the cliffside and in "primera linea del mar". Built in a condominium called Es Brucs, this privately-owned «Chalet » enjoys the most privileged position in terms of both views and privacy.
Amenities include the communal swimming pool - with a children’s pool, set within an attractive Mediterranean garden.
2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen make for an ideal stay for a family of four or two couples.
Sheets and towels changed every week.

Setting

Situated in the quiet and beautiful coastal settlement of Cala Morell, it is 600 metres away from the beach. A five-minute walk will also take you to the unique coves of the prehistoric Necropolis of Cala Morell, as well as on the famous coastal path of “Cami’ de Cavalls”.
The bay offers a bar and two restaurants.
Tranquility is of the essence, yet the gorgeous little town of Ciutadella, with its many restaurants, market and shops is just 10 minutes away by car.
