The accommodation
Menorcan villa in a very quiet area just a few metres from the beach with crystal clear water and fine white sand.
The villa is distributed in two independent floors, the ground floor consists of spacious dining room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms with double beds, laundry room and covered terrace. The upper floor with bathroom and two very spacious bedrooms with double bed.

All rooms have ceiling fans.
has a garden of more than 800 m2 with huge palm and pine trees, barbecue, outdoor stone table and private swimming pool. Ideal for families who love tranquillity and nature. Very special with children.
IMPORTANT : Check-in on the first day must be after 4 pm, check-out on the last day before 9.30 am. In case of changes, they must be agreed directly with the owner.

The house is NOT RENTED to groups of young people under 25 years old.
The house is delivered completely clean and with the necessary household equipment, including sheets, towels, kitchen towels, ...
For stays of more than 7 days, the client can request a cleaning service and change of linen at their own expense.
Setting
The house is located on an independent plot of more than 900 m2 with pine trees and eminently Menorcan vegetation. It has a barbecue and two tables with benches for your enjoyment.
Arenal den Castell is one of the most emblematic beaches of the island, located on the north coast between Fornells and Cap de Favaritx, next to Arenal de Son Saura and Port de Addaya.
Included in Stage 9 of the Cami de Cavalls.
The beach has disabled access, showers and restaurants.

great villa - great position!
stayed here last june/july 2013 with my family. lorenzo was the perfect host, he very kindly supplied fans for each of the bedrooms as the rooms did not have air con. he was very attentive and made sure we settled in to our accommodation well. the villa is very comfortable, clean and well maintained, set in a large, pleasant garden area in a very quiet residential area of arenal and only 3-4 mins walk to the lovely beach. would certainly stay here again!
Highly Recommended
We stayed at this villa for 4 nights at the end of July when Menorca was experiencing unusually hot weather. We found the accommodation to be of a very high standard and exceptionally clean and comfortable with plenty of space. All laundry and towels are provided and the kitchen is very well equipped. The outside area is also very spacious with a very nice pool - the only slight downside is that the garden can be overlooked by passers by but this did not disturb us. Our only negative comment would be that there was no air conditioning and due to the extreme heat, we had to purchase a large fan. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Menorca.
