The accommodation
Detached villa with a total area of 135m2, featuring a 40m2 terrace in the garden area and a 10m2 balcony, with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday in the town of Baiona!
It has a large garden with a terrace and sun loungers, as well as an outdoor dining area and barbecue. It has a total of 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds and another bedroom with 2 single beds, with two bathrooms, one of which is part of one of the double bedrooms. All the rooms are spacious and bright. Large living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The living room and two of the bedrooms have access to the balcony, where you can enjoy incredible views of the Baiona estuary.
Fully furnished, equipped and with all amenities (2 TVs, one of which is a smart TV, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, towels, sheets, kitchenware, etc.). It has hot water and heating.
Lots of light, guaranteed comfort and a very quiet area! Parking problems during the summer are also solved, as it has two parking spaces.
It is located in one of the quietest areas of Baiona, with views and everything within walking distance, no need to use a vehicle. The opportunity to stay in a villa away from traffic noise and the town centre. About 5 minutes from the historic centre, beaches, mountains, health centre and supermarkets. Highly recommended!
