The accommodation

Charming finca, close to the village square, surrounded by terraces from which you can look at the surrounding mountains and in the distance to Marbella and the sea. The house is characterized by atmosphere, space, tranquility and simplicity. Do not expect Marbellian luxury, but you will lack nothing. And of course, the dog can come along.

With everything on one floor, the house is well-organized: an open kitchen with cooking facilities, a refrigerator and a microwave. In the seating area, comfortable sofas, a fire place and air conditioning for cooling and heating. Highspeed Wifi connection and a smart TV can be found so that you can stream all the desired channels from your smartphone. The bedroom is equipped with two brand new beds and a bathroom.

Surrounded by a garden and terraces so that there is always a bit of sun or shade to be found. With a cool Sangria on the roof terrace you forget the busy world around you. You can cool off in the small pool. (open from May 1 to the end of October).

Daily life, if you are not on the road to the beach, cities, or mountains, takes place on the front terrace. With the aforementioned view. There is a large dining table and a barbecue. The back terrace with more shade is where the swimming pool is.

Setting

The Plaza Andalucía, an eight minute walk from the Finca, is the centerpiece of this white Andalusian village. There, when the sun is a bit lower, tapas are ordered, the Spanish children play around the fountain, the Fino is tasted and plans are made for the next day.
Various bars and restaurants can be found around the village square with good food and friendly service. On the route to the village square you will pass various shops for daily purchases.

Activities and attractions

Ojén is an ideal base from which to discover a beautiful part of Andalusia. Not only the many Pueblos Blancos in the area are beautiful, but also the nearby Sierra de las Nieves, with many hiking opportunities, and the more than fifty golf courses in this area.

Ronda, Granada, Cordoba and Gibraltar can also be visited in one day.

In the winter months, in the nearby Sierra Nevada, skiing can be combined with a glass of Sangria on one of the sunny terraces.

When you stay at Finca Flores you can enjoy breakfast on the beautiful patio in La Posada del Angel, located in the village centre. Three times a week, Alex cooks delicious meals in the evening.
