The accommodation
It is a very spacious and fresh house, 400 METERS FROM THE FANTASTIC BEACH OF PUERTO REY. With four bedrooms and private garden, with a fresh and spacious porch (east facing), furnished, overlooking the garden and the communal pool. It has another porch at the main entrance of the house.
The house has a living room with two rooms, with AIR CONDITIONING AND ROOF FAN, kitchen with pantry and service patio, and toilet with shower on the first floor.
Upstairs, four double bedrooms, common bathroom and another bathroom in the master bedroom, which has a terrace. All bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans. In the living-dining room there is air conditioning. NOW WITH WIFI IN THE WHOLE HOUSE.
Setting
Urbanization Puerto Rey is located on the beach of Vera. The town of Vera is 8 km away, Garrucha 2 km, Mojacar 15 km.
Puerto Rey is a very quiet area of villas, next to the beach. It is a traditional summer resort for families. This house is in a small urbanization of townhouses, very quiet.
The pool has grass and some trees, normally there are not many people, they usually go to the beach. In the Urbanization Puerto Rey there are several quiet restaurants and cafes, 200 m from the house, sports club with mini-golf, gym, cafeteria, summer terrace, etc..
Also a second swimming pool which you can go to, free of charge.
Elegant restaurant with large terrace, with pool, drinks etc, about 800 m away.
Small shopping center with small grocery store (the basics) at 300 m.
Several Mercadonas, Lydl, Consum, at 1 km the nearest one.
The beach has several good beach bars.
Very wide and ventilated beach, with few people.

Estuvimos 15 días en julio de 2023. La casa está en una zona muy tranquila y acogedora. La casa está muy cerca de la playa, 5 minutos andando , y es la parte del playazo más tranquila, a la que acuden, prácticamente sólo los alojados en la urbanización. La casa está muy bien equipada y el jardín está muy bien cuidado. Pasamos una feliz estancia y seguro repetiremos.
