This wonderful apartment is located in the highest part of the Al Andalus-Thalassa Home Star residential complex, considered one of the best in Vera. Long-term vacation rentals are available on a monthly basis starting at €450/month. In this case, both water and electricity costs will be the responsibility of the tenant.
