All rooms have garden views, with air conditioning in living room and a silent fan in bedroom.
Apartment has morning sun on summer time and is fresh with nice breeze the rest of the day.

To respect the rest of neighbors is forbidden to make noise between 10 pm and 9 am.

Check in 18h00, earlier check in up on request

Located in a very quiet residential surrounded by gardens, there is a reception desk open Monday thru Friday 10 to 5 pm, residential hasa pool and a private parking area exclusive for residents.

Activities and attractions

Located in Aloha, heat of Nueva Andalucia, next to nice restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, a tennis clubs, and few golf camps
Puerto Banus is 1 km away, where you can get very easily and fast buy bus if you dont want to walk.
Marbella is 5 km away where you can arrive driving trough the Golden Mile.
There is some nice beaches and beach clubs around Puerto Banus
