The accommodation
Wonderful semidetached house for holiday rentals, recently redecorated and refurbished.
The house is in small residential development with swimming pool and direct gate to the beach from the communal garden. It has 4 bedrooms (2 double and 2 smaller bedrooms with 2 beds each (one of which is in the basement) so it can sleep 8. There are two bathrooms (one with a bath and one with a large shower) plus 2 toilets, a living room-dining room- kitchen, a basement (with natural light) with a living room, dining room and homecinema screen and projector, an attic (with a study area, ideal for teleworking) and views of the sea), a front porch and a good roof terrace with wonderful views of the sea. Airconditioning and heating throughout the house. Direct access to the sand of the beach from the communal garden. The residential development is made up of 16 semidetached houses. Each house has its own parking area next to each house. There are gardens and a swimming pool.
The house is situated on the beachfront of Torre de Benagalbón, Rincón de la Victoria. It enjoys a quiet beach (limited access) but has shops and restaurants very close by.
