The accommodation

100 m from a fine sand beach in Oliva between Gandia and Denia. This beach allows distancing between people, because it has an average occupancy index, given that the accommodation is mostly small buildings or houses. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a small building and includes 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with double bed, renovated fitted kitchen, full bathroom, living room, terrace, community parking. Furnished, bed and kitchen linen provided, with: washing machine, microwave, oven, flat screen TV, combi fridge/freezer, air conditioning by ventilation, parking reserved for the residence.

A deposit of €250 will be required before the start of the stay, as well as €60 as a cleaning fee by bank transfer to the owner.

The rent supplement (70%) will be paid when collecting the apartment keys and the parking remote control.

The deposit will be returned no later than 7 days after the end of the stay, following the return of the keys and the parking remote control.
For 2 people, the deposit is €200, the cleaning cost is €40
