The accommodation

Lovely villa situated in Lloret de Mar, just 1.5 km from the beach and the town center, and only 10 km from Tossa de Mar, conveniently close to all amenities. The 300m2 house spans two separate floors. On the upper floor, you'll find a spacious living room (TV, satellite) with a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). There are two double bedrooms, one with twin beds (90x190cm) and another with a double bed (150x190cm) (en-suite with shower), along with an additional bathroom with a shower.

On the lower floor, there's another living room (TV), kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) with a dining area and access to the outdoor space. A double room with a double bed (150x190cm) (en-suite with shower), plus another bathroom with a shower. In the outdoor area, you'll find a private pool with a terrace, bathroom, and a built-in barbecue. Air conditioning and heating are optional, with an additional cost of 150€/week.

Optional Wifi is available at a cost of 20 €/week.

There is a designated parking area.

Pets are accepted only with prior request and a supplement.

Reservations for youth groups are accepted only upon prior request.
