The accommodation

Spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom & 1 WC villa with private pool located in a residential area 10 minutes walk from São Pedro do Estoril Beach and 7 minutes walk from the São Pedro do Estoril Train Station with direct trains to Cascais and Lisbon. Wonderful view of the Serra de Sintra.

- 4 Bedrooms (2 en suite): On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms: One bedroom with a super king bed (on-suite with shower tray) and two doors with access to a large balcony overlooking the Serra de Sintra and some view of the Cascais Bay and two bedrooms with a double bed. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds (on-suite with bathtub)

- Bathroom with bathtub on the 1st floor

- Right at the entrance of the house there is a toilet to support the ground floor.

- The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped (dishwasher and washing machine, fridge with freezer, stove, 2 ovens, microwave, coffee machine, plates, glasses, cutlery, dishes and all kitchen utensils). A door leads directly to the garden

- Living room with TV with wonderful views of the Serra de Sintra. Door with access to the balcony where there is also a table for meals and where you can enjoy the fantastic view of the Sintra mountains.

- Indoor dining room with extendable table with wonderful views of the Serra de Sintra. Door with access to the balcony where there is also a table for meals and where you can enjoy the fantastic view of the Sintra mountains.

The garden has a good space for meals and a leisure space surrounded by trees, shrubs and plants.

- Private pool - To provide better security (for families with young children) access to the pool can be restricted with a locked gate.

Animals not allowed

There is parking space for three cars inside the property and there is also free parking outside the villa.

Setting

There are a few Restaurants and Coffee Places within 5 minutes walk. Mini Market and Fruit and Vegetable store also 5 minutes walk. We are quite central to several major sporting facilities including surfing, wind-surfing, mountain climbing, Golf and Tennis. Our local beach Sao Pedro do Estoril has two very nice Al fresco dining restaurants and a very nice coffee place on top with a lovely sea view.

Activities and attractions

Sao Pedro do Estoril Train Station is 7 minutes walk from the Villa with direct trains to Lisbon (28 minutes) and Cascais (10 minutes). If you prefer to travel by car you are about 25 minutes away from Lisbon, 20 minutes away from Sintra and 10 minutes away from Cascais.
