The accommodation
Upon arrival of the property, you are greeted with a spacious front terrace area, that can also be used for private parking. Entering the property, you step into the open plan living room/dining, which then continues to a bathroom complete with walk in shower and then further along you reach the kitchen. Through the kitchen you can then access the outside area, located at the back of the property.
Upstairs, you have a bathroom and two bedrooms, one of which is double and the other has two single beds. From the second bedroom, there is a stairwell that leads you to the large sun roof terrace, complete with panoramic views.
Across from the property, there is a gated, well maintained urbanisation with a communal swimming pool, which you have access to.
