From our garden, direct exit to the beautiful promenade that separates us from the beach and that with its 13 kms. -all in plain, bordering the beaches and the sea- it unites us with Marbella and San Pedro. It is a pedestrian promenade, closed to traffic (bikes allowed), very landscaped.
We provide free of charge a cot, a chair to take the children for a walk, two chairs to take them in the car, a folding bed. Two children's bicycles (2-3 years, without pedals, and 5-6 years) and another for adults, available to customers, free, in the storage room; 150 m., bike rental.
The price/rental ratio is magnificent, because the location is unbeatable.

The famous Pleasure Marina is about 150 m. our exit to the beach, at 200 m. from our front door. It has over 900 berths for boats (many luxury, one of the royal family of Saudi Arabia). Many restaurants and cafés with terraces, and plenty of "boutiques" of the best known brands.
Without leaving the harbour, to walk to the lighthouse, to 2,25 kms. of the apartment, which indicates the entry to the port. Everything for flat, broad, good soil, safetely, a delight, very crowed. The pleasure crafts a side and the open sea to other one.
The bus, with stops near, leads to Marbella and San Pedro de Alcantara.
A 4 kms. to the North is Marbella, with 143.400 registered inhabitants in 2019, the population triples in summer. With several beaches, many shops, hotels, and restaurants and taverns all categories and prices. Tour the beautiful and tourist Marbella's old quarter, which was founded by the Romans and has a lot of commercial life. Malaga airport, about 60 kms, with buses to Marbella. By taxi to our apartment around 70/80 euros (November 2010). The high speed train Madrid-Málaga takes about 2.40 hours. From the station, 69 kms. to Marbella, bus or also suburban train to Fuengirola, 30 kms. Puerto Banus. And taxi, of course.
Car not essential. Car Rental, both in the airport or railway-station. AVIS Rent a Car has a delegation about 800 m. our home, where you can return or hire a car. And HERZ.in Marbella.
Activities and attractions
Our Complex is on the beach front, for those who like to enjoy the sun and sea bathing.
In the garden there is very big swimming pool.
Very appropiate zone to walk, run or bike (they are rented nearby) along the promenade, of 13 kilometers, linking Marbella-Puerto Banus and San Pedro de Alcántara; all for flat, no hills, many flowers, plants and trees, very landscaped one, bordering the beachs, without traffic, bikes allowed.
In the apartment it is enjoyed of ADSL (free) 24 hours/day.
To 100 m., two fields of “paddle”; to approximately two kms., several tennis courts.
To 500 metres rent of jet-skys (nautical motorcycles), to cross the wide and nice bay of Marbella.
The zone is a Paradise for the golfers. There is a golf club 3 kms away and a further 8 to 10 clubs within short distance (7-8 kms.) in the surrounding area. Others 30/35 in no more 25 kms. It is possible to enter to the cafeterias (snack-bars and dining-room) of the Clubs without being a partner and seeing the playgrounds, etc. To approximately 30 kms. it is Valderrama's field, where in 1997 a championship of the Ryder Cup (competition between USA and Europe) was celebrated.
Cinema with several rooms, about 700 meters, often classical music concerts/operas/ballets are offered from the most important theaters in the world; around there other three-four cinemas. Casino, at 1,500 meters.
On Saturday morning open-air-market -next to the Plaza de Toros (Bull-ring) de P. Banús-, large-lot and very well laid-installed, many traders are foreigners (Europeans), a large variety of items, good quality and reasonable prices. This market enjoys good reputation in the populations of the region, where many people travel to visit, mostly tourists. There are other open-air-market in Marbella and San Pedro de Alcantara, on other days of the week.
Board a public ferry for the wide and beautiful bay of Marbella, set sail from the Marina and into the north of Marbella, 4-5 miles.
In Marbella and Estepona it is possible to hire a boat with his captain, to go fishing or dolphin watching.
Top drive to Sierra Blanca, where the Juanar Refuge is a small hotel, in which General Charles de Gaulle wrote part of his memoirs. It is about 15-20 minutes from the apartment.
It is not essential to use the car, Puerto Banus is usually always very lively. Numerous walks, in plain, along the Marina, beaches and other areas highly landscaped, well maintained, in general.
Memorable excursions Malaga, very touristy, and a dozen heavily visited towns in the area: Ronda, Tarifa (well known to practitioners of windsurfing and kite surfing, kite-), Sotogrande, Estepona, Guadalmina, Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Torremolinos, Nerja, Antequera, The Axarquia, etc.
Travel to Cadiz and also interesting to Bolonia (Cadiz), to approximately 80 kms. of the apartment.
