PRICES, in euros, per MONTH: from October 1 to April 30, 1,650 euros / month. May, June and September, 2,750 euros / month. July, 5,200 euros. August, 5,500 euros. LONG STAY: 1,750 euros / month.
Payment of electricity consumption: Oct/April and Long term, on behalf of travelers. From May to Sept., on behalf of the owners.
RESERVATION: it is enough to anticipate 300 euros, to be deducted from the total price. Long Term, 500 euros.
GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: Long Term, 500 euros in foresight of significant damage due to misuse, inappropriate use.
Exterior apartment, 85 m/2, terrace with afternoon sun, overlooking our garden of more than 7,000 m/ . Two swimming pools (children and adults), with Lifeguard.
The price includes the use of a fixed parking space and a storage room; both in the basement (well painted and well lit), with elevator.
Free Internet access from the apartment. In the apartment television stations are received from many countries (Astra satellite), in English/French/German and other languages, at no cost to travelers.
From our garden, direct exit to the beautiful Promenade that separates us from the beach and that with its 13 kms. -all in plain, bordering the beaches and the sea- it unites us with Marbella and San Pedro. It is a pedestrian promenade, closed to traffic (bikes allowed), very landscaped.
We provide free of charge a cot, a chair to take the children for a walk, two chairs to take them in the car, a folding bed. Two children's bicycles (2-3 years, without pedals, and 5-6 years) and another for adults, free, in the storage room; 150 m., bike rental.
The price/rental ratio is magnificent, because the location is unbeatable.
Salon with excellent lighting, five light points. Motorized blind, in the large window that overlooks the garden.
Main room with double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m.). A cot, when needed, at no cost. Master bathroom with tub and shower, glass partition, excellent lighting.
Second bedroom has two single beds. Another folding bed is available, free of charge. The second bathroom with bath and shower, excellent lighting. The second room and its bathroom can be isolated from the rest of the apartment, through a door.
Kitchen independent from the living room, fully equipped.
We provide sheets, towels, tablecloths, napkins, etc .; good quality, abundant, almost new.
Cleaning: during the rental, customers pay. It is possible to get help, about 10 euros/hour. Upon termination of rental, owners hire and pay cleaning staff.
Reception open 24 hours, some Concierges speak English and / or French.
To enter the apartment, staircase with four steps. We do not accept pets, excuse me.
Residential area, very calm, All the surroundings in flat, without slopes, ideal to walk near the sea, bordering the beaches. The light of Andalusia and the joy of its inhabitants, almost all tourists, all languages, The golfer's paradise. Enjoy life, with nothing to do, without stress.
2 – THE SORROUNDINGS.
The apartment is in the best of Puerto Banús, on first line beach, which is just outside our garden. Separates us from the beach a beautiful 13 km promenade, all flat, without slopes, bordering the beaches and the sea, very landscaped, ideal for walking, closed to motorized traffic, bicycles allowed.
At the exit from our garden to the promenade and the beach, a children's area delights children.
On “our” beach, four well-installed beach bars do not disturb and allow residents of the Residential Complex to go to them in comfort, they are very frequented.
At approx. 150 m. the El Corte Inglés Shopping Center, one of its many establishments in Spain, magnificent as always, first level, with everything, including its HiperCor Supermarket. And about 800 m. his SuperCor, with many things for daily consumption, open 365 days/year, from 8 in the morning to 1 at night.
In the surroundings, another four/five Supermarkets, food Centers. At 150 m. Cristamar building, with several stores (pharmacy, dry cleaning, hairdresser, bicycle rental, etc.)
At about 150 m. from the exit (from our garden to the beach) is the pedestrian entrance to the famous La Marina of Puerto Banús, with numerous restaurants, cafes and its terraces and around 60-70 "boutiques" of the best-known brands.
Without leaving the port, a beautiful walk to the second lighthouse (which marks the entrance to the port), at 2.25 km. from the apartment, wide promenade, good floor, safe, comfortable, all flat, the pleasure boats on one side and the open sea on the other. A delight, much visited.
Cinema about 700 m., with 6-7 different room / movies. In Marbella there are other cinemas. At 1,500 m. there is a Casino. The car is not essential, it can remain in the garage, it is not necessary to use it. Puerto Banús generally has a lot of life in the afternoon/evening.
Marbella is 4 kms. northward. In 2019, 143,000 inhabitants were registered, its population triples in summer. Many shops and hotels, restaurants and taverns of all categories and prices. To visit the beautiful and touristy Old Town of Marbella, founded by the Romans and with a lot of commercial life. There is the
Plaza de los Naranjos (Orange Plaza), from the XV century, famous, always with tourists, with several restaurants. And the Town Hall, in a 16th century building, and its Tourist Office. The Wall is preserved, from the Muslim era. You can also visit the church of Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación (Incarnation), from 1712, on the remains of another from 1505.
Marbella has several private Hospitals, well installed and with good professionals. 5 kms. of the apartment, the regional Hospital of the Spanish Social Security. At 4 kms., the regional bus station.
To the South, 5 km away, is San Pedro de Alcántara, with a magnificent beach, very long, and bordering an excellent and long walk, landscaped, well-kept. In this locality, restaurants of all categories and prices.
Malaga railway station is about 69 kms. from the apartment; and the airport about 60 kms., both with buses to Marbella. From the station/airport, the taxi to our apartment about 70/80 euros. Car rental, both at the airport and at the railway station. Cars can be rented and/or returned about 800 m. of the apartment, in an AVIS Delegation, Rent-a-Car. HERZ is also established in Marbella.
If you are not traveling by car, it may be convenient to check in the bulk of the luggage at origin.
Activities and attractions
3 - LEISURE and ACTIVITIES to carry out.
With the pleasant climate of Puerto Banús, people who like to lead a quiet life have plenty of places near the apartment to walk around, all flat, without slopes, bordering the beaches and with numerous “beach bars” –well installed, nice- where to sit in the sun facing the sea.
For the more active, those who like to play sports, Puerto Banús offers many activities of all kinds.
It is possible to make numerous excursions, many of them to memorable places.
And if there are children, there are half a dozen places to take them -to surrounding towns, a few kilometers away- for them to enjoy.
