The apartment is located in a quiet and privileged area and offers everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Please note that access to the property requires going down stairs (equivalent to 2 floors).

* Magnificent 32 m² south-facing terrace with stunning views over the Bay of Roses and barbecue area.

* Private parking space at the entrance of the building.

A car is required to reach the property. Located 1.5 km from Canyelles beach (a natural fine sandy beach with beachfront restaurants, supermarket, and bakery open depending on the season). Puig Rom is also the starting point for hiking trails leading into the Cap de Creus Natural Park, perfect for walking, sports activities, or discovering wild Mediterranean landscapes among vineyards, olive trees, and rocky scenery.

Located 30-35 minutes walking from the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, shops and its large sandy beach.

Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travellers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini-golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train to take a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands reservation Natural, animations in summer, walk along the seafront with many restaurants and local specialities.
