La casa è situata al primo piano con una bella veduta sulle colline di noto a pochi passi dal centro storico, è molto attrezzata, dalla lavatrice , ingresso, cucina attrezzata,ad un grande salone,bagno, alle due camere da letto, culla per un piccolino, e un comodo divano letto. Tv schermo piatto .Una terrazza solarium esclusiva sui tetti di noto. Vicino a negozi e supermercati. Dieci minuti in auto e 15 minuti in autobus, alle meravigliose spiagge di noto marina .
