A cot is available on request.

The apartment has a perfect location to walk to the beach. Close to all the necessary services to turn your vacation into an unforgettable experience. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, leisure and entertainment venues, shops of all kinds, information points and ticket sales, next to one of the best beaches in the south of Tenerife.

You can easily get around on foot, as the accommodation is very well located, however there is a very good bus service that passes near the house.

Playa de las Américas is a luxury tourist area located on the southwest coast of Tenerife, the largest of the Canary Islands (Spain). It is known for its natural and man-made beaches, its lively nightlife and for being an ideal place to surf. Avenida las Américas is lined with shops and restaurants. Flamenco shows are programmed in the Pirámide de Arona auditorium. To the north is the Siam Park water park, with slides and artificial wave pools. Whales and dolphins swim in the high seas.
