Air conditioning with heat pump installed in both the living room and the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan.
The apartment also includes a private parking space.

The apartment is located a few meters from the Son Parc Golf Club, a sports complex that manages the only golf course on the island of Menorca.

The Son Parc residential complex is located within the golf course itself. It offers amenities such as a pharmacy, supermarket, bars, and restaurants.

The Albatros residential complex (within Son Parc) is one of the most beautiful in the area. It boasts a lovely swimming pool open until midnight.

Arenal de Son Saura beach features white sand and turquoise water, characteristic of the island. It also offers all amenities, including a beachfront restaurant. Ideal for families with children. There is a tranquil communal swimming pool (though exclusively for residents of the Albatros complex) where you can swim until midnight. Surrounded by beautiful palm trees and with ambient lighting, it's perfect for a refreshing dip after dinner.

The beach is located at the northern end of the Son Parc complex. It's a beautiful cove with fine white sand and shallow, crystal-clear waters (ideal for families with children). It also offers all the amenities to ensure maximum comfort and accessibility. Although the beach is within walking distance of the apartment (15-20 minutes away), parking is available.
Among its amenities and services are showers, sunbed and parasol rentals, paddleboats, and kayaks, as well as the beachfront restaurant "Es Bruc Nord."

The 18-hole golf course offers equipment rental (please contact the club directly for details).

The resort boasts spectacular flora and fauna, perfect for pleasant walks enjoying nature, observing the characteristic peacocks, and exploring the beautiful Arenal de Son Saura beach.

Just a few meters from the apartment, in addition to the golf club, is the Romeo & Julieta restaurant and lounge bar, where you can enjoy signature cuisine, beautiful gardens, a private pool, cocktails with live music (jazz, soul, blues, etc.), a game of paddle tennis, or even a yoga class.
