RIGHT at the beach, with wonderful arrangement and ultra-equipped, Backian's home at the sun will make you want to stay forever. With a feel of sea and summer, our modern apartment is ideal for short escapes or long weeks in the sun of Costa Blanca. 1 pet is welcome at an additional daily fee.

You're DIRECTLY at the beach as you step out of the building. You're 2-3 meters from cafe and bar lounges, yoga and volley beach spots. You're 10 meters away from a windsurf spot and 100 meters away from waterski sport center. Other sports nearby include: kitesurfing, diving, paddle surf, golf, sailing, tennis and more.

Best if you like: Being on the beach, wind surfing, diving, wine & dining, golfing, swimming, meditating at sunrise, yachting and shopping and so much more (or simply enjoying the deep blue view).

Located at the top 5th floor, you have a sea-view double bedroom and access to a tremendous rooftop terrace with a skyline. You have an Ocean-inspired living room with a very large sofa bed suitable for two people, and TV.

You have a bathroom with a shower. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, plenty of storage spaces and a cosy closed balcony with an air conditioning for the hot summer nights.
