The accommodation

This apartment is on the 6th floor, so the space is very bright and with fantastic views.
It is cozy, very spacious and very comfortable.
It can accommodate up to 6 people.
It has 1 bedroom with double bed (king size), a bedroom with two single beds, comfortable. It also has a living room, 2 complete bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a closed balcony with a table for a snack or breakfast, with an excellent sun exposure and a wide view over the city.

All rooms are equipped with Air Conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Setting

Our house is located in Avenida da República, nº 1174, right in the heart of tourist city, in the most prestigious area in terms of commerce and transport, it is 5 minutes (by Metro) from the historic center of Porto.
It is located in a residential area but also with lots of services, and close to supermarket (on the ground floor!) and convenience stores, to be able to visit the two cities and the Douro river that connects them, with a calm and tranquility of a walk outdoors, leaving your car safely stored in the garage in the basement of the building!

With 2 Metro Stations on Avenida, ("Câmara" and "João de Deus"), each about 100m from the building's door.
Buses to the center of Porto also pass on Avenida, 50 meters away.
Shopping "El Corte Inglês" is 100 meters away.

Several stores on the Avenue, within a radius of 100 m from the building's door.

Next to the metro station (João de Deus station), and it is close to restaurants and public transport. It is 15 minutes walk from Luis I bridge, and the Port Wine Cellars.
If you want, you can leave your car safely, in our closed garage, on floor -2, and walk freely on foot, by metro, bus or train, through the cities of Vila Nova de Gaia and Porto, without worries and without wasting time looking for parking, feeling total tranquility.

Activities and attractions

There is a train station on the same avenue, from 500 meters away.

The guests can walk to the Luis I Bridge (15 minutes), or to the famous Port Wine Cellars (15 minutes), or you can walk across the Luis I Bridge and visit the historic city center of Porto ( 20 minutes).

The Tourist Tax payable to the Municipality will be charged in cash, at the time of Check-in: 2 Euros/night, per person aged 16 or over, applicable to a maximum of 7 nights.
