The accommodation

This charming established three bedroom villa is of older style in terms of design and furnishings and peacefully situated to enjoy the panoramic views both to the sea and westwards into the mountains.

Accessed via a private rustic driveway, Vida Asher Bella resides in a quiet and secluded location yet not far from all the facilities the local area has to offer. From the car port, steps lead onto the main terrace at the entrance where the views to the coast are simply stunning and where glass modern dining table provides the perfect spot for outside dining.

Setting

Inside the house has been thoughtfully laidout and the open plan spaces flow easily. To one side is the fully fitted kitchen which leads onto the dining area which hosts a large elm wood table and antique leather chairs, here French doors lead onto a breakfast balcony with views over the Cabrera mountains to the Sierra Nevada.

The lounge benefits from internet enabled television and a broadband Wifi connection, patio doors give access to the secluded swimming pool and terrace. The master ensuite double bedroom leads off from the lounge and has plenty of storage with built in wardrobes.

Off the main living area, a further double bedroom shares the second family bathroom with the remaining twin bedroom which is situated on another level upstairs accessed by a stairwell.

Outside the chlorine free swimming pool holds pride of place, it benefits from roman steps, mosaic tiles, shower and secluded location. Here there are sun loungers and outside seating provided, retractable sun awnings provide shade when desired. With patios and balconies on all sides, this lovely family villa maximizes the amazing views and ensures that either sun or shade can be found whatever the time of day.
