The accommodation

Blending effortlessly within the dramatic natural terrain of rock and colourful plants and fauna, La Montana is ideal for a configuration of one family, two families or couples.

On arriving at the villa, a car port provides ample shade to keep cars cool during the heat of the day.

Majestic palm trees provide further shade to the entrance of this lovely villa.

A private wrought iron gate opens onto some steps surrounded by rocks and well-established gardens.

A pretty feature pond is situated on the terrace below. This terrace leads to the main entrance to the villa.

Setting

Venture through the doors to a spacious, light and airy lounge with picture windows offering the most breath-taking, endless views of the mountains and valleys beyond. A beautiful marble open fire is a focal point but also very functional during the cooler winter months. The lounge is tastefully decorated with various alcoves and an arched entrance to the dining room.

The spacious separate dining area with a circular table is conveniently situated close to the traditional kitchen and utility area. Each have doors that lead out to the pool terrace.

The master bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom can be accessed from the lounge. The en-suite contains double wash basins, a shower and a bath with a separate room for the bidet and wc.

Venture outside to the large pool terrace where the pool plays centre stage within the natural rock formations and established garden.

A shaded area with an outside dining table and conveniently situated near the kitchen offers the perfect place for Al fresco dining whilst absorbing the stunning westerly views and vibrant, vivid sunsets.

Enter back through the villa to the entrance courtyard, climb some garden steps to a separate 3 bedroomed annex.

The first bedroom is on the lower level and has an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower and a bath.

The second bedroom is accessed via an ornate marble spiral staircase situated in the tower. It also hosts an en-suite bathroom with a shower, air conditioning and its very own terrace from where the stunning views can be truly appreciated.

The third bedroom is also on the lower level and once more has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath.

This charming villa has marble floors throughout and many other features.
