It is easily reachable by car from the airports of Comiso (40 min) and Catania (90 min).

It consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room / kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking, 1 bathroom with a shower. The structure is also equipped with a washing machine, free WIFI, and latest-generation air conditioning.

The kitchen / living room opens onto a large terrace in the main and lateral façade of the house where you can have lunch and dinner enjoying a view across the beach and the pine forest of Sampieri.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a villa where there are 4 other apartments. It has an independent access which can be reached by climbing two flights of stairs that separate it from the street level.
