The accommodation

House with large common areas. On the ground floor is the hall, a toilet, the engine room and a large open area of 70 m2 where the living room, dining room and kitchen are fully equipped. There are 5 bedrooms, four doubles (three with a double bed and one with two single beds) and another quadruple (1 double bed and 2 singles). All bedroom have their own bathroom. These bedrooms are distributed on the first floor, four of them, the quadruple being located in the old attic of the house. On the first floor there is also a games room with a television. The house is fully equipped. The heating on the ground floor, except the hall (slate floor), is underfloor heating. The living room also has an electric fireplace. The rest of the house is heated with radiators in all rooms. The house has free WIFI. The living room has a large TV with ChromeCast and all the necessary connectors. On the first floor there is another common area for reading, playing (many games available) or watching television. The kitchen has a refrigerator, induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, as well as numerous small appliances (coffee machine with permanent filter, toaster, juicer, mixer, etc.).

Setting

The house has been rehabilitated respecting practically all of the original elements, those that have been changed have been used for other functions. Therefore, it maintains its original atmosphere and distribution, but the renovation has been complete and comfort is assured. The house is ready to receive up to 12 guests (it also has a folding bed and a cot for small children). Located in a mountain area full of hiking trails. Near the Leitariegos ski resort.
